Deck extension to cover sandpit

Would like to have the deck extended to cover an old sandpit. And a little stair down to the grass for the kids. Not a huge job. Also would like to add a Trelise or something to stop my dog jumping my gate it’s about 4m the area maybe some picket fencing added on top Also no a huge job.
