A custom-made window was required, and in June Eugene said he had picked it up, however it was another 11 weeks before the job was completed, and I had to chase them to get it done. In recognition that the delay wasn't okay Eugene gave a generous discount. The workmanship was excellent and I would use them again, depending how busy they were.
