Spouting/external and internal wall and floor repair

Spouting may need redoing, have a leak coming from somewhere that has ruined the gib inside and part of the floor as it's been ongoing for awhile. Also have a flooring issue in another room that needs to be repaired. Unsure how bad it is but it's a semi-big job.
