I've had a leak in the corner of my lounge which has taken a long time to track down. i'm hoping now that it has been fixed, but in the meantime e small section of two skirting boards has rotted away and needs replacing. Also a small section of two boards above it. I have a solid wood house.

I've lived with this for quite a long time so there is no big urgency, but naturally I would now like to get this repair done as soon as possible. I am happy to pay whatever seems a reasonable price for the job.
