Address rotting timbers

1976 single story house with timber roof structure. Timbers inside the house look fine, but the ends exposed to the elements are damaged (see photos). Probably require capping to protect them from the elements. There are four beams but only two looks significantly worse for wear. At the same time would be good to check the decking as one of the corner posts is cracked (see photos). Many thanks

Steve did a good job replacing trimming back rotting beams and recapping them, replacing the corner post on the deck, replacing 2 bits of facia, and installing joist hangers on deck
