Job description
I would like to convert my existing laundry space into a pantry. The washer, dryer and tub will be removed beforehand. I would like to have the white cabinets removed. There are holes in the flooring for the laundry plumbing and ventilation that need to be fixed. A plumber will deal with the hoses. I would like to install wood flooring. There's also a hole in the upper cupboard where the dryer comes down from that I would like to fix. Last, I would like to have the walls repainted. I plan to install shelving myself, but I am interested to hear your suggestions. The space measures about 1950mm long, 750mm deep, 1980mm high. The whiteware will be removed in about 2 or 3 weeks, so after that would be ideal.

Joel did a fantastic job of converting our space into a pantry, just like I wanted. He arranged a meeting to see the space and to discuss what I wanted. He took some time to provide a quote, but as it wasn't urgent, I didn't mind the wait. His quote was very reasonable and included details on the materials, including actual costs. His workmanship was excellent. There was a couple of minor changes I made, and he was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Joel.
