Window leaking #2

We've got an old tenancy at a Newtown address that has leaking windows on the street facing facade. Believe there is a problem with water coming in through the stucco cladding from above and hitting the window head as it penetrates through the wall opening, something like the attached sketch. Can we get a price to have this flashed back through to the old weatherboard please (and replacement items as required).
