I live in very windy Houghton Bay. When it's wet and windy (ie every other day!) rain comes under my two front doors. Can you please help figure out why and fix? I also need one of the doors rehung and it's getting hard to lock. Also, unrelated job, replacing rusty bracket under an exterior staircase. Thank you!
