Job description
We’ve ripped up carpet in preparation for new flooring only to find a rotting section from water damage. We need an urgent ‘patch up’ job over a small section of floor.

We were extremely lucky that he was available for an emergency job immediately (on the day!) because a previous job fell through. He communicated well with both us and the tradies on site. And the job ended up being twice what was anticipated. Regardless of that, we were pretty shocked by the cost. I’d recommend but only if you’re not on a budget.

"Quoted inital job then did another area in laundry as well which increased the price. Updated costs as job was being done so as The job became twice as big so did cost. Prices were known before the work was done so ample opportunity to get some one else. Disappointing feed back however each to their own."
