I've re-surfaced about 90% of my deck with 140mm kwila. I need a carpenter with the right tools and knowledge to complete the more difficult cuts (ripping boards down from 140mm to around 100mm for three edge sections and about 9 angle cuts that are outside of my drop saw 75 degree range. See pics. There's probably less than a days work but I'm happy to commit to 8 hrs at an hourly rate as there is other straight forward boards to lay that I'd otherwise do. I have the timber and decking screws. You'd need whatever tools and equipment you need to precisely rip down 3-4m lengths of 140mm kwila for the edges and complete the nine 10-15 degree angle cuts.

I had a great experience with Trang. He responded really quickly throughout the process. We agreed a date and time and he was was here ready to go 10 mins early. His workmanship was excellent. He's a nice guy looking to build his business. I'll definitely support him in future should I need a builder.
