Building a Deck, Steps to top of retaining wall & planting box

Hi, I need to get a deck built (4mx4m) just above ground level so it is level with my living room floor, a couple of planting boxes (approx 5.5m x 1.5m & 3m x1m) and a ladder (4-5 steps) to top of a retaining wall at the back of the house.
