Hall cupboard to laundry space conversion

I have a large cupboard next to the bathroom that I would like to get converted to a laundry space. The door frame is normal size so will probably need to be made bigger, but the actual cupboard is quite wide and deep. I want to get a front loading washing machine in there, and then a bench and shelves above. There is no power or drainage to the cupboard currently, but I can get that done separately if needed. Help with the best way to layout and approach the space would be appreciated.
