Cost was more than initially expected as when the sill was removed more rot was found in the lintel. Aewan explained the options and I decided to complete the job properly. Removed gib and exterior cladding to get at rot. Reframed, reclad and re gibbed. Really pleased with Aewan's approach to the job. All done in one day. Recommend him for any similar jobs.
