Fixing squeaky floor boards
Job description
We have squeaky floorboards in the bathroom where I think it had a leak or some flooding before we moved in. It's around the toilet area and I'm not sure if the squeaking is coming from a place where some of the wood was damaged underneath the house or if it needs a seal put around the base of the toilet where the porcelain meets the floorboards. Let me know if you think this is something you're happy to tackle and when it might suit to come and have a look.
