Bookcase install

Hi! This rainy day project is to form a wall build out to take a recessed bookshelf. The shelf is already made and is 700 wide and 1800 high. Open to this being done in either MDF (as the shelf can be screwed to the wall) or gib over framing. A small section of ceiling will need to be boxed down between the new case and a ceiling level change. Ceiling is to be boxed instead of coved as it will be a bit of a dog’s breakfast otherwise! Skirting will be client supplied, will need builder to please secure the timber, gib (if used) plastering products and fixings.
