Doors fixing

We have a couple of doors that need to be fixed. First one is the door to the yard. It has three problems: 1. The door doesn't open or close smoothly 2. The bolt doesn't get into the latches. 3. One latch is quite rusted. I think the whole door was just done by a terrible carpenter. Second door is the door to the house. It has two problems: 1. When try to open the door, it gets stuck at the bottom, and makes it very difficult to open. We don't know what is causing this. 2. When it rains heavily, rainwater can flood into the house.
