Cat flap and back door replacement

As soon as possible without any fast track fees. We have two options to install our cat flap: The first is to cut a hole through a weatherboard wall, weather seal and install cat flap here. The second is to purchase a new wooden door and have someone install locks, cut a hole for the catflap and install this new door with door and hardware provided. We want to choose the cheaper option of these two.
