Repair of shelter over front door, with replacement of shingles Replacement of rotten windowsill and flashing around window (1st floor over roof) Flashing or similar to prevent leak where garage roof is against house Replacement of bolts/screws in about 30 lengths of bracing on piles (currently 6mm- need to be 12mm)
