Free Accommodation - Exterior repairs & lanscaping on 90sqm railway cottage
Job description
We are working with a great painter who has started this week to paint the exterior house on a cute 90 sqm cottage on flat section: What needs doing: - Put in a picket fence in front of house (like the next door neighbour on left hand). - Please get the pickets ready for the painters to paint before you put them up? Put in a gate between the picket fence in middle – if you could get a gate entry like the one next door (on left) that’s appreciated too. - Put in a path leading from the front door step to the picket fence gate. - Put in similar as next door stones and pavers with wooden edging -same as in garden - Replace broken boards – attached examples - At the back of the house replace a few rotten boards -Fix up bad gutters or replace? - I put a new hose on the back of the house tap and it seems to be leaking – could you have a look at it if possible please? Ready to start ASAP & work with painter please on what needs doing first to help where they are at. Fine to live in place while job being completed.
