Leaky concrete foundation through external wall of house

Repair and waterproofing of old concrete foundation in renovated stucco 1948 house. Heavy rain leaks through the outside wall into the bathroom. Studs and gib wet and mouldy. Photos show inside corner of bathroom where leak is coming in. Skirting off and gib opened up to find leak. Vanity removed from here. Water runoff from the hill behind goes under the house and sits at the lowest point in front of the house, seeping in through the downstairs bathroom wall. Need an estimate soon thanks.
