Fix my house.

Main job is to replace rotten timber facia boards to exterior of my split level house. To repair rotten timber window frames. There's a scope of works but this will be determined by cost as not all work is urgent. I am hoping the candidate will be skilled enough to come up with wise solutions. I am aiming to get this work done at earliest convenience.
