Balustrade + gates for patio

We would like a quote for having a balustrade with 2 gates built on our concrete patio that has an archgola over it. There are 7 steel poles from the archogola to the ground which the balustrade needs to screw into, as the concrete patio is not suitable for drilling. We are after a ~1m balustrade with a handrail on it and palings so that we can see through it but to stop our baby crawling through. We need 2 gates at a step in a 1.5m space, and another gate 0.85m where there is a ramp. We want all wooden materials, smooth but unstained/painted.
