Couple of odd jobs - quote needed please

3 small separate jobs; 1.) Supply & install a piece of wood (x1) to create a sand box (other 3 sides already there just needs to fixed / staked into the ground. Supply & add sand. See additional photo. 2.) Replace/repair a rotten corner capping on the house. Just need it repaired as we'll paint. See additional photo. 3.) Add a skirting board along the bottom of the gib and a electrical cover (doesn't need connecting) over the electrical hole in the wall. No painting needed as we'll do this. See additional photo. Urgency needed for the quote however happy for the work to be done anytime up to Xmas please.
