Backyard deck

We need a deck built at the back of our property totaling about 30 square metres. As you can see by the photos attached, there is an existing concrete patio (which we'd like to build over or remove if required). There is also a small decline at the back of the section (the largest drop is about 2 metres) so someone with knowledge of the Council consent process will be essential. If consent can be avoided, then we are happy to be guided by you (e.g. by building a slightly smaller deck of under consent height). If you could visit the property to discuss options and provide ballpark cost estimates that would be ideal (we can do contactless at L3 or can wait until L2). Thanks
