House is older 90m2 weatherboard cottage, majority is native timber but section at front is newer addition where a lot of the weatherboards are showing rot damage. Estimate a total of 30-40 weatherboards to be replaced across all sides of house, but prioritising the worst areas at front of house. Job is in Glen Eden near Waikumete.
