Replace window sil and piece of facia. secure flashing on rear of house.
Job description
Need to replace a single piece of sil timber in my daughters bedroom that has rotted out. There is also a piece of facia outside the house that needs to be replaced as well. You will likely have to pull down the guttering to get access to it. Need this done ASAP please
