Remove old deck, build larger deck
Job description
I'd like to replace my existing deck which is 5.5m x 2m. And replace it with one that is 5.5m x 5m. The new deck would cover/replace the area that has paving stones in the attached pic, with a step down around the edges. I'll probably need a handrail at the far house end as there is a small retaining wall and a drop down into a garden. Pine is fine, but I like the look of the hardwoods better (pine with a dark stain?), I don't like the rippled surface though (like my existing deck), it should all be flat wood.

Simply excellent, very happy with the work and I highly recommend Kliment and his crew. He responded the fastest out of everyone I contacted and was the only person to give me a detailed quote rather than estimates based on the size. He also had lots of great ideas on how to improve things and I quickly learned I could trust his opinion and his work. I now have a much better and bigger deck than I ever imagined I would! Really really happy.
