Deck for rory

Replace the deck shown in the pictures. 3m x3m square. 2.8m high. Including the steps. Including replacing the vertical upright which supports the outermost corner as it looks a bit rotted where it goes into the ground. Can keep the large supporting beam at the front as it looks in reasonable condition. Apparently its not consented and can't be because of the design. Don't care. Want to replace it like for like as the steps are very rotted and quite dangerous. And may aswell replace the deck and railing as it doesn't look great either.
