Finishing off Deck and Pergola

Need help to finish off deck renovation. My husband built our deck and pergola, and hasn't had the time to finish off. We have noticed the pergola is starting to lean to the left (see pic) and the deck is also not level. We are looking to have someone take over and finish the deck and pergola and make sure it is kid-friendly. Scope: 1) Level the deck 2) Stabilise pergola 3) Finish off the small storage area (front left in the deck) that we are trying to build in to the deck to use as either toy storage or a sandpit.
