Wall and frame to be reinstated (two)
Job description
Over time an external leak caused water to penetrate small area inside. Small amount of rotten timber framing needs replacing. Interior wall 1m x 2.5m needs reinstating, including insulation. Exterior brickwork - small amount of mortar needs reinstating. Second part of job is to repair hole that was cut (approx 1m x 2m ) to fit hot water cylinder. Hole does not need filling in but framing around the hole to make neat to be completed. Need work completed by 10 January if possible.

Very pleased with the job Zoltan did. He communicated well throughout the project, turned up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after. We had a leak coming through our brickwork into the house. He repaired the interior wall, waterproofed it, gibbed and plastered it. He went over and above what was expected to stop the water coming in from outside as it was worse than we thought and whilst we paid extra than quote the job was greater than expected. We would recommend & use again.
