Remove and replace deck

Remove old pergola. Remove and replace 2 areas of deck totaling approx 40m squared. Replace railing and steps where required. One area is currently tiles over old deck and serves as the main entrance to the house. Second area is currently painted timber and serves as BBQ area. Decks connect to house approx 1.5m above ground level.
