New surface required for 2nd storey deck
Job description
We have an approx 40 yr old house that has an upper level deck which needs the surface removed and replaced with new decking/flooring. The horizontal balustrade also needs to be removed and replaced. The deck area is approx 3500 x 4000 and extends to one side of the house approx 1500 x 4000.

I was really pleased with John's professional approach and quality workmanship which was started and completed as agreed and on budget. He communicated well and followed through. I would certainly contract John again. The deck looks great.
