The deck is showing signs of age, and there are a few soft boards. The job is to remove and replace damaged boards (too many pot plants!), which are mainly on the outside of the deck. Deck approximately 15 metres (I will measure and amend this figure if necessary). Deck will then be painted. Also one or two other small carpentry jobs outside - ease up two garden gates, replace chipped cement board panels under deck. etc. Hoping to find a handyman who would like to do this job as soon as possible.

DNT Construction started the work last week, and I think they finished on Friday 19 October. I have yet to go to the property to look at the job they have done. I will write a review shortly. L Poyner
