1. Window needs rehung. Shoddy job done by previous builder necessitates window being removed and rehung about 6cm higher with resulting repairs to weatherboards and interior gib. 2. New hinge on 2nd window 3. Cupboard door rehung - new hinge needed. 4. A few (3-4 )weather boards need replacing 5. Half a dozen floor boards need replacing. It would be helpful if the jobs could be quoted separately - for budgeting purposes!
