Stair case renovation

We are looking to have the balusters removed from our stairs and replaced with a Chippendale design or a second 3 space design, if you are able to provide a quote for each different design that would be great. We would like the newel posts to remain but be covered to update them into a more solid square shape, the existing hand railing is also OK to remain as it will be painted anyway - if painting the stairs is something you are able to do also please let me know. Thanks
