Damaged floor boards and wall kitchen - urgent repair required

Hi there, Our rental property had flood back in April and Insurance company only got cabinet maker out earlier this month to removed damaged cabinets to find futher damage to floor and wall as a result. Our tenant is without operating kitchen and we needing a builder to do repairs to floor and wall so we can move forward to getting kitchen cabinets in. See photos of below from cabinet makers on damage to floor and wall. Te Kawhata is now Level 3 so be great to get quote ASAP so works can start for our tenat. Insurance company has agreed for floor to be repaired and wall up to first nog.
