Remove mezzanine metal mesh floor and replace with wooden slats

We have an upstairs mezzanine area in our home in Raglan that we would like removed and replaced with wooden flooring. We also need a surround to be installed over the fireplace flue that comes up through the mezzanine area. The metal floor was put in many years ago and is not safe so we would like this to be replaced so it is strong and safe. You must be a builder who is prepared to guarantee your work and ensure it meets all regulations regarding safety.
