Repair rot around window frame

Hi! Looking for a builder to replace a bit of rotten timber on a wooden window frame. The wood is dry- the water was getting in from an extension cord to our pool.... I also have another small job to replace the frame around an internal door and rehang the sliding door - see attached photos (remove yellow lines and replace red) Will need a better piece of wood to hang the door on, this one is shocking lol Can I please have an all up quote incl materials and travel to ngaruawahia. Cheers!
