Deck Timber Assessment

For the purposes of a Disputes Tribunal hearing I require a "qualified opinion" or survey/statement on the condition of my home timber deck surface. This is to back up my claim that because the deck has not had any protection by way of oil or stain etc for the last year and a half - the timber has suffered warping, and cupping etc.
