Lay wooden T&G floor over concrete floor

Hi, we are planning to lay a T&G wooden floor over our existing concrete floor. The area is about 75sqm and the job will need to be completed in the next 4 weeks (ideally). The areas are the hall, laundry, one bathroom, one toilet, main kitchen/dining/living area (see attached map). The house is currently empty. We are also interested in whether you have a supplier for the timber.
