Hall Road Hut

We have a service hut that needs: 1; The trap door has fallen off it’s hinges and needs to be re-hung 2;The exterior weatherboard is generally in good condition, no sign of rotten timber anywhere, but it needs to be painted 3;The roof has some growth on it, so needs to be sprayed and cleaned, it looks to be in good condition but should be checked after its washed, and then painted if needed 4; The downpipe on the northern side of the building is broken and needs to be replaced As this is on a commercial site, you will need to have Health and Safety accreditation (or be willing to get this)
