Bungalow & Skyline - a few doors to fix and more than a few leaks!
Job description
Multiple bungalow repair and maintenance items. The water leaks may require roof maintenance. See images for all of the below and reference images for main house and 'outside room'. MAIN HOUSE - BUNGALOW - rehang french doors, stuck after repile - replace entrance door and/or lock (burglary damage) Current door: 2010 H x 810 W. If replace door, need to source. - water leak, showing hot water cupboard, roof previously fixed SKYLINE GARAGE - water leak, showing on cupboard floor - water leak, showing in carpet 'OUTSIDE ROOM' - water leak, showing in ceiling NOTE ++ TRAVEL: Possibility to stay at house while working on it, if makes life easier and saves on transport costs. Skyline building is insulated, has own bathroom with shower, toilet and handbasin. Heaters supplied and can provide a little combo cooker (microwave, grill) if requested. MORE WORK: The above are the most urgent and structural fixes, though further repile damage includes cracks in drywall (put up after house had already sunk). Can look at this once above is sorted. I'd also like to replace the aluminium joinery for wooden, and harmonize the wooden joinery across the house. I look forward to seeing who responds and with what estimates! Steven did a great job. He came up with simple, easy solutions and worked efficiently on them. He made it easy for me with the supply of the materials and communications were always friendly, if it sometimes took a while to organise, as my job is smaller, so he was fitting it in as he could. I would recommend Steven for work, he was very easy and pleasant to deal with and would definitely use him in future.
