Timber Window / Door Frame Repair - Rott

We need someone to come have a look and give us a quote to fix the rotting timber on our timber window / door joinery. The window and door set is not old (approx 5 years) but we have quite bad rotting in one side of the door, mainly in the sill but appears to also be creeping up the side of the window where the door hinges into. We recently attempted to seal up the gap (most of the way!) that runs along the bottom of the sill as there was / is a gap between the timber and masonry which does not appear to have any damp-proofing, not sure if this is causing the issue. Anyway we are looking for a good job done and ideally a long-term fix. Thanks :)
