House repairs and maintenance

Urgent repairs needed on house in Surfdale - Bathroom walls rotting behind seretone lining Rust issue on roof above top bedroom dormer window. There are nails missing on the roof (This could be why the top window frames show signs of water damage). Water leaking on back veranda roof outside bedroom and all along veranda. Skylight in kitchen leaking Covered porch on the front of the house is in poor repair, there is a window sill rotted through. Glass has no support at the bottom of pane.Water coming in where veranda roof meets house, and holes in corrugated plastic roof. More work will probably be required, can be viewed in communication with current tenant by arrangement. Video of building inspection showing work to be done available upon request.
