Soffit Replacement
Job description
The concrete tile roof of our 2-story 1915 Villa was recently replaced with long-run iron by the previous owners, but there are now no soffits. Hopefully the photos show areas where the attic space is open to the outside so we are not only getting multiple birds making their homes in the attic, but I am also concerned about ongoing weather tightness. We need someone who can assess what needs to be done and to carry out the necessary repairs.

Steve completed a difficult job with professionalism, flexibility, and humour. Our property is over 100 years old and so there were inevitable surprises during the project. These were always explained, and solutions discussed. Budget for the job was exceeded, but in retrospect that was always going to be the case given the nature of the job and we were grateful that Steve managed to complete the job to a high standard despite the difficulties our time overrun caused with his other contracts.
