Good day Hope you are well and keeping safe. We are purchasing property; however, the builder’s report revealed some minor works to be done. We would like to ask if you provide free quote for the works to be done. At this stage, we still don’t know if the vendor will be the one will continue to fix/repair the property after we have showed the estimated cost, or we will be the one who will continue to do all repair. For any conditions, are you also willing to do the jobs for us? The property is located at Baker St, Timaru Central. Many thanks for your help. Ritchie
