Cladding on house rotting; needs to be replaced please. Just back from overseas, previous tradesperson failed to complete job (other parts of cladding done)

This tradesperson failed to schedule or commit to this job, over the space of over one year. My impression was that it was outside their expertise, which has been confirmed by others. Pleased I got out of it when I did.

"First of all her plans had to be done covid etc and when finally it came to doing job she requested deposit return and said may not have the money so I walked away returned all her deposit here we are ,very narcissistic and I don't like to talk that way in a professional environment but she's scoring me on workmanship when I've never done any work or charged her any money very bitter I didn't do the job sadly ,probably isn't going well I don't know I wish her all best in future so."
