Church minor building repairs

This job covers the following small jobs, each that offer some challenge: 1) Repair/replace approx 4m of facia timber on north wall (approx 7m off the ground so will need to use a cherry picker or scaffold) 2) Repair a leaking spouting joint and surrounding timber. (easy access) 3) A wooden louvre has some damage (access is from within the bell tower approx 9m high) 4) Repair by replacing soffit approx 2m long (easy access)
