8 x windows not closing properly and need to be eased and any bare wood repainted. Some hindges, handles and stays need to be replaced which we have materials for. Some also have gaps to be bogged to seal. In a tenanted property. Would like done within next 2 weeks if possible. Located in Pillans Point, Tauranga.
