1) To pull up a chip board section to check underfloor joists. This is an old home and the floor cavity falls well below the depth todays average newer homes . The floor is rimu but a section was repülaced with chip board approx 10 yrs ago. We need to have joists & piles checked before we get new floor covering laid as there has been a history of 'dry rot' 2)Remove one walls wallboard ( approx 3 mt wide x 2.5 mt high)and replace with gib board ( preferably a bathroom grade Gib board) this wall suffered from water damage last year

"This was an Inspection of a downstairs flat in an old Art Deco home very low to the ground. I added ventilation vents where needed to ensure adequate air movement to prevent dry rot in the sub floor framing. I also lowered the outside ground level for drainage as well as removing some Gib to inspect the retaining concrete behind it for moisture getting through. I then rte Gibbed and stopped the area affected. All in 8 hours total time charged."
